Regarding Delivery

Our flat rate postal delivery cost for Standard Post is $15.00, while our flat rate postal delivery cost for Express Post is $20.00! If you spend over $100.00 (AUD) after discounts have been applied, you will receive free standard postal delivery! If you spend over $150.00 (AUD) after discounts have been applied, you will receive free express postal delivery!

Our flat rate cost for local delivery is $10.00. If you spend over $100.00 (AUD) after discounts have been applied, you will receive free local delivery!

Yes, but not all edible items. Some edible products are subject to collection by the customer from our physical premises due to the fragile and sensitive nature of the products, and therefore cannot be sent via post. However, many of the items in our edible range can be delivered across Australia provided that customers understand the fragile nature of the products and are willing to take the chance. Custom Orders (such as orders for weddings) can be delivered for a fee to a local destination when requesting a quote via the 'Custom Orders' form. Contact us about this if you need further clarification.

You certainly can. Our website will give you the option of setting a date and time to collect your order from Tastybake's physical premises. Some products can be picked up on the day they are ordered, while others have a 4 day (or more) lead time to ensure the product is perfect in every way.

Australia Post state that they will deliver within 2-5 working days for Standard Post (up to 10 working days for remote areas in Australia), with a speedy 1-2 working days for Express Post. Within Perth, not far from our premises, Australia Post claims to be as fast as any available courier option as well.

Yes! For all orders placed before 3:30pm (AWST) on week days, you will receive an email containing your tracking code on the same day. For all orders placed on the weekend, you will receive your tracking code on Monday at the latest, although we will endeavour to push these out over the weekend where possible. Our staff regularly work overtime to send out your orders swiftly.

Unfortunately not. Once you have submitted your payment at the checkout, the delivery options you selected will be locked in (i.e.: Australia Post | Standard Post | Express Post | etc). Therefore, your order cannot be changed while it is being picked and packed either. We expressly apologise for this inconvenience.

Yes we can. We use Australia Post's delivery service to access these locations for all of our non-edible products and a large portion of our edible products.

Regarding Products

When we launch our range, they will be made with food-grade PLA plastic. It is currently the best option for 3D printed items in the food industry. As new technologies emerge, we will adjust to align with the innovations that can make our products better.

We have a range of supplies, including cake boards, cake boxes, cookie boxes, cupcake boxes. We are constantly expending our range and add new designs all the time. Our 'Edibles' range is very extensive and includes brownies, slices, cakes, cupcakes, cake bowls, chocolate bombs, cookies, activity kits, freeze dried foods, customisable candy bags, premixed candy bags, regular candy (single and bulk options), and rocky road. We plan to add many more options in time, including cookie cutters, embossers, raised stamps, font sets, freeze dried fruit, and more.

We do, most of our freeze-dried range is gluten-free. For the rest of the 'Edibles' range we only have gluten-free cookie options which are slightly more expensive due to the cost of the ingredients that are used. We are exploring gluten-free options for the rest of our edible items, but it is proving to be somewhat tricky to do.

For all custom requests, send us a message through the form on our 'Custom Orders' page to receive a quote. If you deem the quoted price to be acceptable, we can move ahead from there.

Regarding Payments

Absolutely! Any transactions made on our website are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. You can view our SSL/TLS Certificate on pages that require it by looking near your web browser's address bar. To ensure our website loads at the fastest possible speed, pages that do not contain, collect or transfer sensitive information will not contain SSL/TLS encryption.

We are constantly looking to increase the number of merchants we work with. Currently, we work with Shopify Payments, Paypal, Afterpay and Zip Pay.

Regarding Privacy

Your personal information is stored in our online store, but no payment data is stored in our online store. With current encryption standards and data protection technologies, it would require a superhuman effort to penetrate Shopify's server infrastructure. Furthermore, all of your payment data is encrypted in transit between your browser and our payment gateways.

Absolutely not. We do not sell the customer data that we collect. However, your personal data is stored on our servers and is shared with select third parties to improve your experience on our site, to remarket to you on other platforms, and to fulfil requests that are initiated by our customers on the website.
